SUCCESSFUL LIFE

W E L C O M E ... to your new life. On this website, you will find information about how to transform your life and impact everyone around you to a level that you have previously only dreamed of - not only a more SUCCESSFUL LIFE... but a simpler, fun, worthwhile, profitable, freeing type of a SUCCESSFUL LIFE. Please tell everyone you know - family, friends, acquaintances - to visit this site and discover how to achieve this seemingly unattainable goal. All you have to do is read this page and you'll know if this information is for you.
You have Unlimited Potential ...
Just as an atom has unlimited energy potential lying hidden within it, so does every person on this planet have unlimited potential lying hidden with themselves. The planning, building, and operating of a nuclear power plant to harness this incredible energy from a single atom however, is a difficult, long, costly and very complex process. But for those that are willing, for the individual person who is tired of excuses, who is ready and prepared to unleash themselves and achieve their potential, this process is not difficult, long or costly. In fact, it is not difficult at all.
There are no accidents in life...
There's a reason you're here on this website. You may have been referred by a friend, or you may have gotten an invitation. You may have even just found us while doing an internet search. However you found this website, it's because you were ready to accept the information. Perhaps you've heard the saying "when the student is ready, the teacher will appear".

SELFCONFIDENCE BUILDING

"Without Healthy Self-Esteem,You Could Have 'Everything' ButYour Life Could Still Be A Wreck"Real Self-Esteem Now! and Real Self-Esteem Now! (9-13) are, by far, the most important programs we offer......because who you believe you are is the foundation for everything you will do and experience in your lifetime. ...because you evaluate all you see and do through "self-esteem-colored" glasses.I have clients who are multi-millionaires, admired, famous, attractive, powerful...But in spite of all their outer "success," many have felt unfulfilled, empty, unworthy of their accomplishments... in therapy and on heavy anti-depressants and anti-anxiety meds. You see, the outer stuff does not and can not give you a truly healthy self-image. Nor can it give you happiness or peace of mind.
And in so many ways, a poor self image can literally prevent you from achieving and even setting goals that could make your life an accomplishment-filled wondrous adventure.
Your self-esteem is an ever flowing reflection of what you think about yourself on the inside and what you do on the outside.
And without high (or healthy) self-esteem, you could have many types of outer success and lucky breaks, but be one tragedy or mishap away from a complete emotional breakdown... even suicide. You may not even be a person that many people enjoy being around.
Ideally, a healthy self-image should begin development when we're children. But few of us get this critical training from anyone skilled at teaching it. So almost everyone you'll ever meet has tremendous deficiencies when it comes to how they see themselves... and their actions reflect it.
Dear Mike,I can’t thank you enough for providing the resources to turn my life around and I thank God for leading me to your website!! I purchased and have been listening to your “Real Self Esteem”, CD for the past several months and WOW, I feel like I have my life back and it’s better than it has ever been.Three years ago, I left a verbally and emotionally abusive relationship. After being married for 24 years, I finally decided that if I didn’t make a change in my life, the stress, anxiety and fear would have me debilitated before my 45th birthday. I had been seeing counselors to try to help be able to accept myself as a worthwhile human being, to help me free myself from the fear and anxiety that I still felt but didn’t understand. I wanted to be able to make a decision without the repercussions of always being wrong. One day I was searching for information on self esteem and I found your web site. What a blessing!! I made a decision to purchase the CD and it was definitely the right decision.I started listening to the “Self Esteem” CD first and the first three nights. The anxiety went away and I relaxed. Deep down, I must have had a strong desire to want to change my life. I listened every night and never told anyone about it. After about a month with the CDs, close friends and family began making comments to me about how they saw positive changes in me. I began to communicate with others rather than sitting quietly and never talking and I was confident and stood tall. I continue to listen to your CDs at night and I feel like a whole person again. I am not afraid to be around other people one on one, in small groups or in large groups. In fact I have joined a civic organization and actually look forward to going to meetings and events rather than dreading them and getting nervous as I did before. I have been freed to talk about my situation and help others in similar relationships. I have set goals for myself, starting with small ones first and it is amazing to me how I am being able to accomplish them and find success that I never believed was possible for me. I could go on and on but the bottom line is that these CD’s are incredible. Thank you Mike! You have helped me and many others get their lives back and find peace within themselves. I think, feel and act differently than I have in a long time and I am happier than I have ever been. This is a wonderful experience! Pam C., Minnesota

healthy food

Eating is one the most important events in everyone’s life. We enjoy eating - it’s part of who we are and part of our culture; in fact, eating is the hottest universal topic of all times. We depend on eating: the foods we eat are the sole source of our energy and nutrition. We know so much about eating: we are born with the desire to eat and grown up with rich traditions of eating. But we also know so little about eating - about how the foods we eat everyday affect our health. We are more confused than ever about the link between diet and health: margarine is healthier than butter or not; a little alcohol will keep heart attacks at bay but cause breast cancer; dietary vitamin antioxidants can prevent lung cancer or can not. Eating is a paradox and a mystery that our ancestors tried and modern scientists are trying to solve.Read the rest of this entry »

Career Spotlight: Hospitality IndustryBy Paul A. GreenbergEmployment Writer
Hospitality remains the major industry in New Orleans, even as the city is still recovering from the 2005 hurricanes. Having just come off of Sugar Bowl, Mardi Gras and the NBA All-Star weekend, it is clear that New Orleans still knows how to welcome visitors and create an unparalleled experience.
With that said, career possibilities are rich, in entities related to hospitality. From hotels, restaurants and inns, to tour companies, catering companies and destination venues (museums, tourist attractions, shopping districts, etc.) the variety of job possibilities in the hospitality industry seems almost never-ending.
Still, most jobs in the industry share several common elements. First, hospitality workers most often deal with tourists, so the variables constantly change. People who do this type of work must have strong interpersonal skills, and be able to readily communicate with people of different nationalities, varying ages, race and ethnic groups, and find a way to please them all. Depending on the type of job one does within the hospitality industry, the work can be rather high pressure and demanding.

Have you ever dreamed of having a career in the hospitality industry? Ivone Marques of Funchal, Madeira, Portugal did-and, with a lot of hard work, she made it come true.

On April 5, 1999, she and 11 other people started a Hotel Management Course offered by the American Hotel & Motel Educational Institute, the first and only one of its type in the country.
"It was so detailed that we actually went throughout every department in the hotel," she says.
The course consisted of 12 modules, with two modules every six months. At the end of each module there was an exam, where students had to have 69% correct or more in order to pass. Courses ranged from "An introduction to the Tourism Industry" to Food and Beverage Management, the one that Ivone was personally interested in.
"We had practical lessons and theory lessons," she says. "Our practical lessons were in the actual working departments, where we started off in the kitchen doing various tasks, and so on throughout all the other Departments of the Savoy Hotel. Our theory lessons were with various Managers and Directors from the Hotel, and tutors from outside the hotel. It all involved a lot of work, lots of reading especially!"
But, in February, 2002, Ivone and 8 others finished the class and began their careers in the hospitality industry. Today, in such a very short time, this talented woman is working at the Royal Savoy Resort at the Assistant Restaurant Manager for the Armada Restaurant, an innovative fusion cuisine style dining facility, where the theme is "east meets west."
"Now I have the pleasure to meet and serve interesting people from different parts of the world," Ivone says with a smile.
And her clients enjoy having her there to answer questions they may have about the menu. We were particularly interested in the innovative menu at the Armada because it had stories about Portuguese explorers. When we asked about it, we were pleased to learn that Ivone had worked on the project to help create it.
Here's just one of the quotes that we enjoyed reading as we looked over the menu.
"The bold sailors of Portugal had not seen land since leaving the Cape Verde Islands. The days turned into weeks, then months, until on November 4, after 93 days in the open sea, th
